Day 40
When we lived in Ames John took care of our yard. He loved doing yard work and took a lot of pride in the way the yard looked. Amanda was born in Ames, so she was tiny a baby and Thomas was about 1 year.
When John would go out to mow Thomas would start cry and want his daddy. He wanted to mow with him! So this how John had to mow each week...so sweet!
The dirt is from the house they were building next door.

I remember trying to "sneak" doing the lawn a few times and Thomas would hear and go into a panic that he was missing out on the yard work. Funny little guy.
ReplyDeleteYep, he would wake up and want me take him out to you. Funny he has no desire to mow now.
